A MANIFESTO

AwareNearth is developing a new global initiative: the Manifesto. It is a worldwide survey inviting people everywhere to shape the conversations beyond 2030.

As we approach the close of the Agenda 2030 cycle, the future must be guided not only by institutions, but by the voices of everyday people. Using the United Nations’ Pact for the Future, based on 56 actions across five core areas, the Manifesto will combine these actions with additional questions to ensure every perspective is heard.

Importantly, the Pact includes a Declaration on Future Generations, pledging to consider the impact of today’s choices on those who will inherit the world. This principle lies at the heart of AwareNearth’s mission: to think, act, and listen as the ancestors that future generations deserve to have.

By listening across cultures, generations, and communities, from the public to the private sector, the Manifesto seeks to gather insight, reflection, and wisdom to inform the next global framework.
